A useful annual plan is not a subscription to every service. It is a written calendar based on your trees, surfaces, access and priorities. Pure Blue can review which exterior services belong together and which should wait.

Start with what actually needs attention

List the windows you use most, gutter areas below trees, shaded siding and any outdoor lighting concerns. Note what bothers you now and what can wait. A street-facing appearance goal is different from a blocked gutter or a damaged surface.

  • Windows: specify interior, exterior, screens and tracks separately.
  • Gutters: confirm debris removal, cleanup and access; repairs are a separate scope.
  • Washing: identify the material and condition before choosing a method.
  • Lighting: list the system, affected sections and requested changes.

Choose visits by conditions, not a blanket promise

Tree cover, pollen, storms, nearby construction and personal preference change how often a home needs attention. Review conditions in spring and after the main leaf fall, then agree on the visits your property needs. A roof should not be washed annually simply because other services recur.

Bundle compatible work with clear boundaries

Ask for one written proposal identifying each service, access requirements and exclusions. Scheduling compatible tasks on the same visit can simplify your day, but savings are only real if the combined price is below the comparable separate quotes. No discount or visit frequency is assumed.

Know what you are agreeing to

Before accepting recurring work, confirm the total and per-visit price, dates or scheduling windows, payment timing, cancellation terms and whether renewal is automatic. Do not assume a quote request enrolls you in a plan. Pure Blue confirms any recurring arrangement in writing.

Ask for a property review

Send your town, property address, priority services and preferred callback window. Mention that you want an annual-care proposal. The next step is to confirm scope and route availability—not commit you to a package you have not reviewed.
