Information you provide

When you request a quote, Pure Blue Services may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, requested service, preferred callback time, project scope, timing, planned investment range, property decision-making authority, and any message you submit.

Lighting photos and applications

Submitted home photos, digital previews and contact details are stored to review your project. Photos are sent to the image service when you generate a preview, and to Pure Blue when you submit them. Work applications, answers and video or written introductions are stored for recruiting review by authorized team members in the Service Center. These submissions are not automatically posted as advertising.

How the information is used

Pure Blue uses this information to respond to your request, evaluate service availability, prepare or arrange an estimate, communicate about requested work, and understand which marketing source produced the inquiry.

Website and advertising information

The website may receive standard technical information and campaign parameters such as the page visited, referral source, UTM tags, or advertising click identifiers. Pure Blue uses the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and quote-request conversions from Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may process browser, device, page, and advertising interaction information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Lighting photo previews

When automatic previews are available, generating one sends your house photo and chosen colors to Google’s image service. We ask for your permission before sending it. Pure Blue stores the generated concept privately for temporary access lasting 12 hours; expired preview files are removed during subsequent cleanup. A salted network identifier and request reference help limit abuse and duplicate generations. These temporary records are removed after seven days during cleanup. If you request a design, your contact details, photo and verified concept become part of your private customer request in our Service Center.

Sharing

Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the website, deliver form emails, host the site, prevent abuse, and measure advertising. Pure Blue does not state that it sells lead information.

Your choices

You may ask Pure Blue to correct or delete information submitted through this website, subject to records the business is required or reasonably needs to retain. Browser settings and Meta account controls may also limit advertising cookies and measurement.
